Role Summary
As a valued member of the Communication team within the Marketing & Community department at Oasis Foundation, you will be responsible for managing the organization's social media presence. Reporting to the Communications Lead, you will craft and enhance Oasis's social messaging on platforms like X/Twitter, engage the community, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and connect with related communities in the broader EVM ecosystem. Working closely with the Brand Lead and the rest of the team, you will champion a user-centric and data-informed approach to social media strategies focusing on BUIDLERs and HODLERs.
This remote role is open to candidates in Western Europe, with occasional in-person team gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate content for Oasis Foundation's social media channels within the Central European time zone, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
- Create compelling multimedia content including videos, photos, and podcasts
- Drive engagement on various platforms using a data-driven approach, particularly on X/Twitter and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with team members on campaigns and event coverage
- Support Oasis dApps and partners while fostering community interaction through innovative programs like Twitter Storms and shows
- Develop campaigns highlighting Oasis's leadership in privacy and key areas like DeFi, gaming, governance, and emerging technical topics
- Ensure cohesive communication across teams including Growth, Events, Branding, and Community utilizing data-driven insights
- Collaborate with other departments for consistent campaign delivery and enhanced user experience
- Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives with HR
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing team and the Oasis Foundation Board
Must-Have Skills and Attributes
- 4+ years of social media management experience in reputable organizations
- 3+ years of involvement in social media related to blockchain and Web3 projects
- Proficient copywriting abilities and English language skills
- Experience in data-driven content creation
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Passion for Crypto, Blockchain, DeFi, Privacy, and AI
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
