Social Media Manager - Campaigns & Crisis

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to uphold and enhance Binance's social media and community presence worldwide. Collaboration with the leadership team will be essential.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches with a focus on social media
- Lead the creation and execution of major community engagement initiatives
- Develop and manage continuous content strategies for key global partnerships such as CR7
- Act as a primary point of contact for business challenges and crisis management, ensuring proactive and informed responses along with sentiment monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with the customer service team for community engagement, feedback management, and sentiment upkeep
- Assist in overseeing all facets of Binance's social media accounts
- Partner with the global social team and other departments like product and partnerships to promote and strengthen the Binance brand
- Enhance community engagement on social platforms with a deep understanding of the crypto industry and culture
- Support the generation of innovative ideas for general posts and campaigns across platforms
- Work cross-functionally with design, content creation, performance marketing, product, and other teams
- Evaluate, report, and analyze campaign performance across various channels, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future enhancements
- Analyze the social media landscape to deliver valuable insights
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing within roles related to social media, community, content, or brand marketing
- Demonstrated expertise in crisis management and coordination with executive leadership
- Experience with large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, external agencies, partners, and talent engagement
- Track record of growing social media accounts and running successful campaigns
- Comprehensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, recent trends, and sentiment, with specialized understanding of Binance's product offerings
- Strong grasp of content creation and popular social media platforms, particularly Twitter and TikTok
- Exemplary decision-making skills under pressure, maintaining composure and logic
- Outstanding communication, writing, and copywriting abilities
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and resilience under stress
- Self-driven, results-oriented, with additional experience in remote and startup settings being advantageous
