Software Engineer (Quality Assurance Platform)

We are seeking a dedicated team player to contribute to the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of software for a variety of ventures projects. These projects are closely linked to our main businesses and are executed efficiently by a lean team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design and implementation of various components for scalable applications, covering both frontend UI and backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance diverse test environments to ensure the reliability and stability of the Quality Assurance processes.
• Collaborate with the QA team to gather user requirements and feedback for continuous improvements to test environments and tools.
• Develop tools to streamline operations and improve the utilization of test environments.
• Adapt our backend services to meet the specific requirements of test environments.
• Handle incidents within test environments promptly to guarantee smooth testing operations.

Requirements

• Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex, undefined issues.
• Display a willingness to learn and a capacity for self-driven education.
• Demonstrate adept communication skills for effective engagement with various stakeholders.
• Coding proficiency is essential, with a bonus for familiarity with Bash, Python, Ruby, and Go.
• Proficiency in Docker, AWS, Linux, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka is highly preferred.
• Experience with QA processes, including test case management, methodologies, and data preparation, is advantageous.
• Prior experience in DevOps is a plus.
