The Engineering Team
Chainlink Labs' engineering team is dedicated to advancing decentralized applications within the industry. The Chainlink Network holds a significant market share in the oracle sector, enabling smart contracts to interact securely with off-chain data and computation.

We have openings in various core engineering teams at Chainlink Labs:
CCIP: Focused on Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol, this team is crucial in enhancing interoperability between blockchains to enable seamless message deliveries and support a wide range of tokens.
Blockchain Integrations: Responsible for integrating upcoming blockchains into the Chainlink platform, this team works closely with founding engineers of new ecosystems to gain expertise and establish strong relationships.
VRF & Capital Markets: This team is innovating novel solutions to bridge decentralized and traditional finance realms. Leveraging CCIP, they aim to provide liquidity to the capital markets industry by tokenizing real-world assets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional engineering experience in a collaborative, product-driven setting.
- Advanced knowledge of core languages such as Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust.
- Enthusiasm for blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies.
- Strong English communication and organizational skills.
- Sound understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team spanning multiple time zones.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience managing project communication with stakeholders and partners, including progress updates, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in blockchain and other Web 3.0 technologies, either as a web3 developer or backend service developer.
- Contribution to the open-source community.
