About the Role
The role of a strategic account manager involves spearheading process refinement and improving the client experience by streamlining payroll and HR onboarding procedures. Working within the dynamic stablecoin and crypto sector, you will collaborate closely with diverse teams to streamline operations, integrate client feedback, and optimize global employment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Contributor Onboarding Guide clients through HRIS and payroll setup to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Provide support to employees and contractors during onboarding, payroll initiation, and benefits enrollment.
Process Improvement & Customer Feedback Identify and implement operational enhancements to boost scalability and effectiveness. Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and token operations departments to refine workflows and offer insights on product enhancements and operational obstacles.
Payroll & Compliance Support Ensure precise and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions. Offer guidance on global payroll regulations, benefits, and compliance protocols within the crypto and Web3 domains.
Customer Success & Retention Foster robust client relationships by delivering ongoing support. Conduct regular check-ins to proactively address client requirements.
Who You Are
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in customer success, HR, payroll, or compliance, ideally within a startup or global employment context.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll operations, and compliance standards.
- Documented capability to recognize and propel process enhancements in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent project management and communication proficiencies.
- Comfortable operating within the crypto, stablecoin, or Web3 environment.
- Experience with multi-country payroll procedures is advantageous.
