Manage and execute month-end closing, along with timely preparation of reconciliations and financial reports

Create audit schedules and conduct necessary financial analysis

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day operational tasks

Support year-end audit inquiries for relevant entities

Assist the team in daily financial operations

Provide accounting and financial reporting aid for new business ventures

Handle additional assignments as delegated

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field

Possess at least 5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting; Big 4 audit firm background preferred

Professional qualification such as HKICPA or equivalent is a plus

Strong sense of accountability, meticulous attention to detail, self-driven, and adept at working independently

Proficient in multitasking and time management, especially under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are a must

Interest in utilizing AI for automation is beneficial
