Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top technical talent, managing recruitment processes, and boosting our employer branding in the Taiwan region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct innovative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates in Taiwan, specifically targeting technical roles.
- Manage various recruitment resources such as job boards, agencies, and more effectively.
- Enhance the company's image and social media presence on different platforms to attract top-tier talent.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and offer expert recruitment guidance.
- Take charge of all recruitment coordination tasks to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or with an agency.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other common recruitment platforms.
- A proactive and creative approach to implementing innovative sourcing techniques.
Plus Points
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Familiarity with campus recruiting.
