Job Overview
CleanSpark, a leading data center developer and operator in the U.S., is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance and manage the recruitment process for various roles within the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, HR teams, and external networks to ensure an effective and inclusive recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping CleanSpark's employer brand and attracting top talent aligned with the company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create customized job requisitions, sourcing plans, and interview strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from posting vacancies to finalizing job offers, including screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and organizing candidate interactions.
- Administer and optimize Lever ATS processes, including templates, tagging systems, and reporting features.
- Champion a seamless and inclusive candidate journey through clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by crafting engaging job descriptions and recruitment communications.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity in the candidate pipeline, and offer acceptance rates.
- Coordinate pre-offer logistics, background screenings, and candidate onboarding.
- Ensure accuracy in recruiting data and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Generalists, HR leadership, and hiring managers to enhance recruitment efficiency and consistency.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of recruitment experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in proactive talent sourcing within a dynamic, high-growth setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Track record of handling multiple requisitions concurrently.
- Experience in supporting both salaried and hourly recruitment efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-location or multi-state recruitment support.
- Proficiency in Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of employer branding, sourcing tactics, and building candidate pipelines.
- Familiarity with using recruitment metrics to drive process enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
