Role Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer/Research Specialist who is skilled in using the latest recruitment technologies to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent globally.
You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting qualified candidates for a variety of positions. You’ll collaborate closely with our recruitment specialist to ensure we have a strong talent pipeline and use innovative sourcing techniques, data analysis, and cutting-edge tools to enhance our search process.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Research: social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), Boolean search techniques, and networking to identify top talent.
- Candidate Engagement & Screening: screen resumes and assess candidates’ technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Track and manage candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline using BambooHR and other tools.
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to understand workforce needs and provide strategic insights on talent acquisition.
What you need to have:
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience with technical recruiting, including sourcing for software engineer roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with Boolean search and advanced search techniques.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
