Join our challenging Blockchain Integration Team within Ledger to contribute to our ongoing efforts to enhance Ledger Live's blockchain integration coverage, setting the industry standard.

As the Team Lead of the Coin Integration Team, you will oversee a specialized team dedicated to seamlessly integrating various blockchains into the Ledger ecosystem, ensuring compatibility with our devices. This leadership role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, blockchain knowledge, and effective team management skills.

The Role

  • Lead the Coin Integration Team, directing the seamless integration of diverse blockchain technologies into the Ledger ecosystem to ensure functionality with our hardware and software solutions.
  • Devise integration strategies that align with organizational objectives and user requirements to drive innovation in blockchain technology implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, software development, and quality assurance teams to deliver strong blockchain solutions.
  • Support and mentor team members through complex blockchain integration challenges, fostering continuous learning and growth.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure efficient execution of integration projects aligning with the broader product roadmap.
  • Implement agile best practices tailored to streamline the blockchain integration process for rapid iteration and adaptability.
  • Conduct regular agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to maximize team productivity and morale.
  • Cultivate a culture of feedback and ongoing improvement, empowering team members to explore new integration techniques.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong leadership background with a keen interest in blockchain technology.
  • Extensive coding experience and deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Proficient in managing integration projects involving various blockchain protocols and standards.
  • Skilled in leading agile project teams and well-versed in agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset on how blockchain integrations impact overall product outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster collaboration and innovation within the team.

Additional Skills

  • Proven success in blockchain or cryptocurrency-related projects.
  • Experience with hardware wallet technology or similar security-focused applications.
  • Deep familiarity with various blockchain architectures, including EVM, Cosmos, and Polkadot.
