About The Role

Immutable is presently expanding in Korea and introducing a hybrid role that involves both technical expertise and growth strategies to facilitate regional scaling. Our Korean studio partners require assistance in navigating technical integrations and implementing successful growth strategies on our platform.

Your responsibilities include aiding studios in implementing Immutable's core technology, addressing technical inquiries, guiding them through system connectivity with our products, and collaborating closely with Customer Growth Managers to enhance partner player acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Ultimately, you will evolve into a full-fledged Customer Growth Manager, taking ownership of your portfolio of accounts.

This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals possessing both a solid engineering background and sharp commercial acumen, eager to assist Korean game studios in their onboarding, launch, and expansion within a rapidly evolving ecosystem.

You'll Be Empowered To:

  • Assist Korean game studios with technical onboarding and integration involving Passport, APIs, smart contracts, and growth tools
  • Collaborate with Customer Growth Managers on partner strategies to drive tangible outcomes for studios
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical teams
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges, address technical queries, and cooperate with engineering as needed
  • Advise partners on leveraging Immutable's growth products for enhanced player acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Offer insights from the Korean market to influence our product roadmap and enhance the partner experience
  • Advance into managing your own account portfolio to address increasing demand

Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users
