Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, cultivating long-term relationships.
- Advocate for client needs within Merkle Science, collaborating with the product team to address customer requirements and explore new opportunities.
- Establish trusted relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executives.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligning with customer needs.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders clearly.
- Monitor and report key account metrics for forecasting and tracking purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends by engaging in educational opportunities and professional networking.
- Enhance the organization's reputation by managing new and diverse requests effectively.
- Focus on client satisfaction and provide exceptional service on a daily basis.
- Proactively monitor client product usage to address any drops in utilization promptly.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on client onboarding and relationship development.
- Drive product adoption to enhance client retention.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to represent client interests effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of prior Account Management experience.
- Experience in crypto/blockchain is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Strong sales track record.
- Excellent relationship-building and people management skills.
- Ability to creatively solve problems, demonstrate results orientation, and self-motivation.
- Resilient, proactive, and can perform well under pressure.
- Proven capability to adapt to changing requirements and effectively handle unexpected issues.
