Join Our Team
As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) aligned with the Polkadot Runtime function, you will oversee project delivery involving various internal teams and external stakeholders. We are looking for a TPM based in the Europe/UK timezone, equipped with strong communication skills, technical acumen, and experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Responsibilities for This Role
In this role, you will engage with developers using the Polkadot tech stack to address key obstacles, collaborate with leadership to define Engineering objectives, translate ideas into actionable roadmaps, and ensure founders and ecosystem partners have the necessary resources for success on the Polkadot platform.
Desired Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess a demonstrated track record in managing multi-stakeholder projects, exceptional communication skills, technical proficiency in engineering concepts, a talent for translating high-level strategies into tangible steps, and the ability to foster collaboration across organizational boundaries. Some programming knowledge is desirable.
