About The Position:
The Technical Training & Development Manager is tasked with creating, delivering, and refining product training for Keyfactor's employees, partners, and customers. This role involves working with various stakeholders from different parts of the business to develop product training materials that enhance the deployment capabilities of technical engineers and encourage wider adoption of Keyfactor solutions globally.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Product Training:
- Produce and maintain a full range of training resources for Keyfactor University, including course content, written materials, audio and video resources, and practical exercises.
- Ensure all training content remains accurate, up-to-date, and in line with new product features and updates, following corporate branding guidelines.
- Prioritize and oversee projects to meet timelines and launch schedules, identifying and addressing any training-related gaps that may arise.
- Gather feedback from internal and external sources to continuously enhance training materials.
- Collaborate with product documentation teams to maintain consistency between training materials and product content.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver webinars and promote the offerings of Command and Keyfactor University.
Support Organizational and Customer Success:
- Align training efforts with Keyfactor's Knowledge Management objectives and overall vision to drive positive business outcomes.
- Foster a culture of urgency and commitment towards delivering value for customers and employees at all levels, ensuring meaningful and effective engagements.
- Advocate for Knowledge Management practices that encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration throughout the organization.

Successful execution of the job duties is contingent upon meeting certain minimum requirements, including:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Profound knowledge of content creation, strategy development, and execution.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, team collaboration in content creation, and integrated content strategy development.
- Thorough understanding of brand voice, content alignment, and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency using content management systems and learning management tools.
- Advanced skills in content development and design systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Strong writing and editing abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, adept at multitasking and managing time effectively.
- Outstanding collaboration and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in analytics tools and project management software.
- Self-driven with the competence to oversee all aspects of content strategy development and execution.
- Ability to formulate and apply integrated content strategies across diverse platforms.
- Capable of monitoring content performance and making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to drive content initiatives.
