Description
We are seeking motivated individuals with experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation management, or managing stock incentive plans to join our team in the digital assets industry. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and administering our client’s token compensation programs. Collaboration with company leadership and various departments will be essential to provide top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Administer Token Plans: Manage day-to-day operations of token option plans, Restricted Token Awards (RTAs), and other token incentive plans.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare financial reports.
- Granting and Tracking: Supervise token award grants and maintain accurate records.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding token compensation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to integrate token programs with existing systems.
- Process Improvement: Enhance administration processes for efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Analyze equity compensation data and provide reports to management.
- Additional Responsibilities: Provide support for various tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
