Description
We are searching for motivated individuals with experience in Stock Plan Administration or managing stock incentive plans to join our team in the digital assets industry. As a part of this role, you will oversee our client’s token compensation programs and work collaboratively with various teams to ensure a top-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Token Plans: Manage token option plans, Restricted Token Awards (RTAs), and other token incentive plans on a daily basis.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and prepare necessary financial and regulatory reports.
- Granting and Tracking: Supervise token award distributions and maintain accurate records of equity grants, vesting schedules, and exercises.
- Client-Focused Communication: Act as the main contact point for customers regarding token compensation-related inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with company leaders and different departments to integrate token programs with existing processes.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously improve administration processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze equity compensation data and generate insightful reports for management review.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support various tasks and projects as needed within our dynamic startup environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration or related role.
- Profound knowledge of equity compensation plans and regulatory standards.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake diverse responsibilities.
