Description
Responsibilities
- Support delta-one trading operation and ensure proper enforcement of risk protocols
- Enhance current trading strategies based on market conditions and trading desk requirements
- Oversee research and analytic projects to contribute to automated crypto trading processes, including flow, liquidity, and other strategies
- Execute ad-hoc scripting in Python as requested by the trading desk
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the crypto industry
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JAVA, and C++, and familiar with working in a LINUX environment
- Energetic individual with a passion for pushing research in new directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and taking ownership of strategies and risks
- Strong mathematical and numerical analysis skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
