About the Team
Our Trading Product Group oversees the development of all products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, covering spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options, and more.
We are currently seeking a senior trading product manager to join the Trading Experience team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle, from setting strategy to working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless trading experience for our users.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design and implement risk monitoring solutions for our crypto asset trading products, such as mark prices, liquidation systems, and insurance funds.
Enhance risk control protocols to boost system efficiency, reduce losses from abnormal events, and increase the insurance fund's sustainability.
Continuously evaluate and optimize the risk control system post-deployment based on feedback and iterative improvements.
Monitor market data and risk metrics in real-time to swiftly identify and address any potential risks.
Collaborate with various teams, including developers, designers, and market and operations teams to track project progress.
Mentor junior product managers on developing effective risk control methodologies.
What We Look For In You:
Bachelor's degree with product management experience, particularly in reputable internet or blockchain companies.
Passion for trading, blockchain technology, and the financial sector.
Strong background in product design, project management, and user demand discovery through data analysis.

Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not mandatory for cross-functional collaboration with tech teams.

About the Role:
The Accountant will be responsible for handling the full set of accounts and daily accounting operations for subsidiaries of the Bitcastle Group. You will perform bookkeeping tasks, prepare financial reports, and support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial information for management decision-making.
Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain full set of accounts for assigned entities within Bitcastle Group
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management review
Assist in the preparation of group financial consolidation reports
Prepare tax filing documents and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
Prepare cashflow management reports and perform bank reconciliation
Perform crypto wallet and exchange reconciliation
Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments accurately and timely
Support profit and loss reporting and basic financial analysis
Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting systems and processes
Prepare financial data required for transfer pricing documentation
Collaborate with the Finance team to identify accounting issues and propose solutions
Coordinate with the data team to ensure accuracy of automated reports capturing revenue, expenses, and cryptocurrency balances
Requirements:
Min N2 Japanese language proficiency
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience handling full set accounts
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet

Fraud Monitoring (Forex)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Fraud Monitoring Executive to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will manage and oversee fraud monitoring processes to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities and unusual transaction patterns within our forex trading platform. You will ensure timely review and escalation of fraud alerts, maintain compliance with internal standards, and support reporting to management for effective risk management.
Manage and oversee scenarios embedded in the Fraud Monitoring System and fraud risk indicators to monitor internal and external activities for fraudulent behavior and unusual transaction patterns
Ensure fraud monitoring processes comply with the company's code of conduct and adhere to the highest standards of ethics
Conduct timely reviews of fraud alerts and ensure proper escalation and closure through the appropriate channels
Prepare periodic reports for management on the results of fraud monitoring, including corrective actions taken
Use monitoring results and evaluations to standardize fraud monitoring processes and highlight risks noted during reviews to report them to relevant business units
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of working experience in fraud monitoring, investigations, or compliance
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualification:
Relevant certifications in analytical techniques, fraud investigation, or decision-making
Experience in fraud monitoring within forex, financial institutions, or trading platforms o

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing iOS applications for our Hackintosh platform
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
