Traditional Finance PMO (CEO Office)
Binance seeks a dedicated professional for the role of TradFi PMO, responsible for overseeing the upcoming phase of the organization's Traditional Finance expansion initiative. This strategic program aims to broaden Binance's services beyond digital assets into new product lines, markets, and partnerships. The successful candidate will coordinate various teams such as product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and finance across different regions to ensure seamless execution from planning to launch.
Duties
Develop and manage the comprehensive program plan for the TradFi roadmap, tracking key milestones, dependencies, and progress across all initiatives.
Facilitate regular operational meetings and reporting sessions for senior management to ensure alignment and transparency.
Coordinate the expansion into new markets by liaising with legal, compliance, and regional teams on regulatory requirements and market rollout strategies.
Supervise vendor and partner relationships, including sourcing and onboarding external partners for the TradFi platform.
Establish launch criteria, coordinate rollout phases, and conduct post-launch evaluations in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Identify and address potential risks and impediments early on by collaborating with relevant workstream owners.
Stay informed about TradFi industry trends to prioritize and sequence roadmap initiatives effectively.
Implement standardized project management tools and reporting methods for clear visibility of program health.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields; additional certifications like MBA, PMP, or CFA are desirable.
Previous experience in project management within financial institutions, fintech, or management consulting, with a focus on trading, market data, or large-scale financial programs.
Proficient understanding of Traditional Finance market structures and various asset classes.
Experience managing multi-jurisdictional launches and regulatory compliance processes.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex program details succinctly for executive audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, crypto-native work setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior exposure to global brokerage or exchange environments, with knowledge of the TradFi landscape.
Familiarity with cryptocurrencies, tokenization, and digital asset trading.
Working knowledge of global regulatory frameworks in financial markets.
