The flagship product developed by Moca Network is AIR Kit, which serves as a digital identity infrastructure enabling Web2 and Web3 projects to create a unified embedded account for users, facilitating ownership and utilization of digital assets, identity, and reputation data. Additionally, users can access a range of DeFi and consumer services offered by Moca Network's partners. In essence, AIR Kit enables the creation of app ecosystems integrated with blockchain features, ensuring consistent use of account, identity, and reputation across all consumer apps on chains utilizing AIR Kit.
Job Summary
Seeking a Head of US to spearhead market presence and oversee expansion efforts within the United States. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, operational execution, representation of Moca Network at top-tier levels, and active involvement in securing enterprise partnerships.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Act as the primary representative of Moca Network in the US: Participate in industry conferences, panel discussions, and events to enhance brand recognition. Increase visibility through speaking engagements, media appearances, and thought leadership.
- Drive enterprise deal sourcing and closure: Lead the entire sales process from identifying target accounts to negotiating terms with senior executives. Focus on forming strategic partnerships with entities in the travel, loyalty, payments, fintech, and data sectors.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential partners, clients, and ecosystem contributors. Serve as a trusted advisor who comprehends their business needs and effectively presents Moca's solutions.
- Influence the go-to-market strategy: Collaborate with the HQ team to refine positioning, presentation materials, pricing strategies, and commercial approaches tailored for the US market. Provide market insights to product and strategy teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Enhance brand awareness and foster growth: Partner with marketing to develop location-specific campaigns, events, and collaborations that promote brand visibility and generate potential business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven enterprise sales experience: Demonstrated success in selling complex B2B SaaS, identity, or data solutions to large organizations.
- Relevant industry expertise: Experience in sectors such as travel, loyalty, payments, fintech, or data is highly preferred.
- Executive presence: Ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, public speaking engagements, and media interactions.
