User-Generated Content Manager

The perfect candidate will take charge of bringing onboard crypto and gaming influencers from web2 and web3 realms, along with overseeing campaigns. This position mandates a profound comprehension of the web3 landscape and a demonstrated history of working within this domain.

Responsibilities:

• Scout and enlist appropriate content creators continuously, while nurturing robust partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with content creators to craft and implement impactful campaigns.
• Oversee the entire campaign processes from inception to performance evaluation, including ideation, negotiation, execution, and analysis.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and top methodologies in web3 marketing and influencer affiliations.
• Foster collaboration interdepartmentally with other teams across the organization.

Requirements:

• Proof of expertise in web3, particularly in a related role dealing with influencer management and campaign implementation.
• Strong negotiating abilities and proficient deal closure skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal proficiencies, coupled with the skill to construct and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with the capability to spot opportunities and propel outcomes.
• Highly organized with outstanding project management capabilities.
