VIP Growth Product Operations Manager (Contractor, 12 months)

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the VIP user journey on both the App and Web platforms, encompassing VIP purchase, user center operations, benefits management, referral programs, notifications, swag/benefit applications, and participation in events.
Enhance the VIP product experience by identifying user pain points, improving benefit visibility, clarifying tier structures, and enhancing overall usability tailored to the various VIP user segments.
Develop and implement growth and lifecycle initiatives to boost VIP acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and user recall.
Strategize and execute VIP campaigns and operational activities, ensuring meticulous execution, quality assurance, and comprehensive post-campaign analysis.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, CRM, Sales, and Regional teams to deliver scalable solutions by leveraging existing platform capabilities.
Utilize data analysis techniques to closely monitor funnel performance, user behaviors, ROI of campaigns, key metrics related to VIP growth, and translate findings into actionable plans.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in product operations, growth strategies, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing, preferably within internet, fintech, crypto, or platform-oriented businesses.
Demonstrated ability to merge product-oriented thinking with operational execution, particularly in scenarios related to consumer-facing products or user growth initiatives.
Experience in planning and managing campaigns and lifecycle operations, including areas such as referrals, notifications, reactivation programs, and engagement strategies.
Strong product intuition accompanied by the capacity to draft requirements, develop user flows, and collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
Proficient in analytical skills, encompassing funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and assessment of campaign performance.
Exhibit a high level of ownership, adeptness in cross-functional communication, and the capability to manage several workstreams efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
