Job Summary

Your Role

As an entry-level VIP Host, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of valued clients through various communication channels such as online chat, email, or telegram. Your focus will be on providing top-notch customer service by anticipating and fulfilling client needs. You will manage up to 350 players, building rapport, listening to their concerns, and finding solutions to meet their expectations. In addition, you will aim to keep players engaged by coming up with creative ways to interact with them and foster a sense of community.

Since all client interactions are done online, exceptional written communication skills are essential, including the ability to exude empathy and understanding through chat platforms.

Working Hours

In this role, you will work 6 days a week for 6 hours daily, split between office-based hours in the morning and remote hours in the evening. You will have one day off each week, typically on a weekend.
