At the company, our VIP team is seeking a Relationship Manager to act as the dedicated partner and advocate for a portfolio of high-value clients. This position requires someone who intuitively discerns what clients prioritize - focusing on discretion, foreseeing needs, and taking the lead rather than just reacting. The role involves developing a profound understanding of the client portfolio to enhance loyalty, while actively pursuing and securing new high-value business to expand our network. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end relationships for a designated group of high-value clients, serving as their internal advocate and main point of contact
  • Go beyond reactive assistance by anticipating client needs and providing swift, highly personalized responses based on a deep comprehension of their objectives
  • Offer tailored insights and market updates in addition to platform guidance to assist clients in navigating the ecosystem and strengthening their allegiance to the brand
  • Proactively monitor Asset under Management (AUM) and platform utilization to reduce retention risks and uncover untapped growth opportunities
  • Represent the brand at exclusive VIP functions and events, leveraging these occasions to fortify existing connections and convert potential prospects into long-term clients
  • Cultivate deep trust leading to referrals and network expansion, solidifying the company's leadership status
  • Collect and summarize client feedback, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure our VIP services remain unparalleled in the industry

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in client-facing roles, particularly in Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Success, with a proven track record in Crypto, Fintech, or the gaming/predictions sector
  • Naturally curious; driven by understanding what motivates clients to align the company's ecosystem with their long-term goals
  • Results-oriented and energized by scaling a business portfolio, finding inspiration in the dynamic nature of crypto markets and the challenge of transforming complex client needs into enduring partnerships
  • Proactive and opportunity-driven individual who remains abreast of market trends to offer valuable insights that drive engagement and portfolio growth
  • Proficient in utilizing hospitality and events as platforms for meaningful connections and business expansion

Salary

  • Starting salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 (dependent on experience), plus variable pay
  • On-target earnings (OTE) with variable pay ranging from $124,000 to $169,000

What You Will Do
Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users
Build and negotiate creator partnerships (affiliate, revenue share, performance-based deals)
Run creator campaigns end-to-end: outreach → deal → launch → optimization
Build long-term relationships with creators, not one-off placements
 
Prioritize volume with intent — not spam

You are not managing Higgsfield’s own YouTube or social channels.
Your job is growth through external creators and their audiences.
YouTube Growth (Primary Focus)
Own YouTube as a distribution channel through creator collaborations
Drive traffic and usage via creator-generated content
Measure success by output and impact, not vanity metrics
Primary KPI:
Number of new unique creator videos generated per month
Analytics & Decision-Making
Build simple but effective models in Excel / Google Sheets
Estimate traffic, conversions, and revenue impact
Decide which creators, formats, and deals to scale or cut
Turn messy, incomplete data into clear execution decisions
Automation & Scale
Automate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting.
Build lightweight systems using tools like Sheets, Zapier, Apify, Instantly, CRMs, APIs, or scripts.
Reduce manual work and increase throughput.
Execution & Experimentation
Run fast experiments across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).
Test formats, incentives, and deal structures.
Learn quickly and iterate.
There is no separation between “creative” and “technical.” One person owns the full cycle.
Who We’re Looking For
