VIP Sales Manager
The institutional sales team offers an exciting opportunity for you to manage and develop a clientele of institutional and high-net-worth individuals in the crypto space. You will play a vital role in the journey of onboarding clients to their first crypto instruments and creating customized crypto products that are innovative in the market. As a member of the operations team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to contribute to the scaling of our growing infrastructure.
As a VIP Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to acquire and engage high-volume traders on the Crypto Exchange platform. This role combines Business Development and Premium Client Services, requiring a driven individual capable of understanding complex financial requirements and providing personalized incentives. You will guide VIP clients towards suitable products, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate internally to enhance offerings for advanced crypto users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential VIP clients, particularly high-volume/advanced traders.
- Guide VIP clients towards appropriate products, track key objectives, and monitor performance indicators.
- Customize unique solutions and incentives tailored to high-value clients' needs, such as new perks and product features.
- Maintain regular contact with VIP clients, gather feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
- Ensure prompt and satisfactory customer service, resolve issues for VIP clients, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Attend conferences and community events to interact with potential VIP clients and raise awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive network within high-net-worth/advanced crypto trader circles.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in selling premium financial/crypto products to sophisticated users and advanced traders.
- Proven track record in monetizing relationships with high-value clients.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and monetize relationships with clients or partners effectively.
- Strong command of professional written and verbal English (local language a plus), with a portfolio of written and presentation samples.
