** What You'll Be Responsible for:**

Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will lead efforts to promote and expand the presence of Circle-issued stablecoins (USDC and EURC) in both Cryptocurrency Capital Markets and Traditional Finance ecosystems.

Your role will involve overseeing a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers to cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders ranging from market makers to asset managers. Collaboration with other Circle leaders will be crucial to drive growth targets for stablecoins in major regions worldwide.

** What You'll Work On:**

  • Leveraging your expertise in the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance ecosystems to develop and execute commercial agreements that facilitate stablecoin distribution for various use cases such as instant FX and institutional settlement credit.
  • Hiring, mentoring, and fostering a top-performing Business Development and Relationship Management team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a robust pipeline of partners across various markets.

** What You'll Bring to Circle:**

  • Over 15 years of experience in capital markets, trading, and finance.
  • Extensive track record of building and leading successful sales and business development teams for over 10 years.
  • Proven sales experience in Crypto, Fintech, or technology products for more than a decade.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale a business segment significantly in transaction volume and revenue impact.
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on hiring, training, and employee development.
  • Proficiency in managing pipelines and revenue forecasting.
  • Enthusiasm for early-stage business development, process refinement, and customer success.

** Additional Information:**

  • Position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
  • Compensation ranges consider factors like experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs.
  • Base range: $292,500 - $335,000
  • Annual bonus target: 40%
  • Benefits include equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation policy, sick leave, and paid holidays (U.S.)
