** What You'll Be Responsible for:**
Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will lead efforts to promote and expand the presence of Circle-issued stablecoins (USDC and EURC) in both Cryptocurrency Capital Markets and Traditional Finance ecosystems.
Your role will involve overseeing a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers to cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders ranging from market makers to asset managers. Collaboration with other Circle leaders will be crucial to drive growth targets for stablecoins in major regions worldwide.
** What You'll Work On:**
- Leveraging your expertise in the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance ecosystems to develop and execute commercial agreements that facilitate stablecoin distribution for various use cases such as instant FX and institutional settlement credit.
- Hiring, mentoring, and fostering a top-performing Business Development and Relationship Management team.

** Additional Information:**

- Base range: $292,500 - $335,000
