Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of a Head of Marketing Intelligence. The successful candidate will lead our marketing analytics strategy with a focus on driving performance through data-driven decision-making. This role requires someone with a strong background in analytics, data science, and collaboration with marketing teams to boost customer growth. As a senior leader, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory through actionable insights and innovative strategies.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the marketing intelligence roadmap.
- Lead a team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with Growth, Data, Finance, and Product Marketing leaders to foster data-driven decision-making.
Measurement & Modelling
- Develop and implement multi-touch attribution (MTA) and probabilistic attribution frameworks.
- Implement marketing mix modeling (MMM) to assess cross-channel ROI and incrementality.
- Utilize predictive analytics for customer lifetime value (LTV), churn, and optimizing customer journeys with AI-powered models.
AI, GenAI & Automation
- Utilize AI and machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive spending optimization, and customer segmentation.
- Introduce Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for automating campaign insights, dynamic customer journey clustering, personalized marketing narratives, and creative testing.
- Promote a culture of automation to seamlessly integrate insights into marketing strategies and execution.
Data Infrastructure & Governance
- Oversee marketing data pipelines and modeling using various tools.
- Ensure robust data governance, quality, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Reporting & Insights
- Develop and maintain impactful dashboards.
- Provide regular insights to guide marketing decisions, supported by automated reporting and executive summaries.
- Act as a liaison between advanced AI/ML outputs and marketing strategies to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in analytics, data science, and marketing measurement.
- Proficiency in attribution and marketing mix modeling, as well as applications of AI/ML in marketing analytics.
- Experience with Generative AI solutions, tools like Tableau for reporting, and data governance and compliance.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
- Experience in rapidly growing industries like mobile apps, gaming, fintech, or subscription models is a plus.
