Bitcoin Depot is in search of a Vice President of Strategy who will play a crucial role in driving growth through the creation, evaluation, and management of business opportunities. This individual will also provide advisory and consulting support when required. The VP of Strategy will collaborate with the Executive Team and other functional leads to develop and assess the company's primary strategic priorities.

Bitcoin Depot operates as the largest Bitcoin ATM Network globally, allowing users to buy and sell Bitcoin at numerous locations. Roles

  • Oversee the Strategic Plan continuously and monitor company performance against it as initiatives are progressed
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CFO on critical strategic priorities and projects, working with various departments and stakeholders as necessary
  • Establish a Business Case methodology to assess new initiatives, prioritize projects, and evaluate risks
  • Lead negotiations for potential deals and significant projects while coordinating across internal teams and external partners
  • Engage extensively across different functions within the company and serve as an analytical resource
  • Manage existing and prospective investor relationships in coordination with the CFO and CEO
  • Prepare materials for various presentations to stakeholders such as the CEO, Board, and Investors
  • Assist in creating a comprehensive strategic roadmap and implementing key initiatives to drive business success
  • Develop strategic initiatives for growth, product diversification, and business enhancement
  • Direct the finance business case process, investment analysis, and cash flow modeling to prioritize key initiatives
  • Drive business growth through new partnerships, organic expansion, and potential acquisitions

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the internal strategy or finance department of a high-growth organization
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proven track record of evaluating impactful business initiatives in a high-growth setting, preferably in Financial Services
  • Strong analytical skills in assessing and recommending strategic decisions
