As part of our strategic goals, Ledger is in search of a Business Developer for the Consumer Sales Team. This role involves managing distributors and supporting retailers transitioning from online to physical stores. The ideal candidate should possess strong retail strategy understanding, excellent analytical skills, and a track record of driving revenue growth in both online and offline retail settings.
Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability in online and physical retail outlets.
Manage distributor relationships through negotiations, promotions, and product launches.
Revenue Maximization:
Enhance content and visibility to drive conversion with retailers.
Implement in-store launch plans based on ROI assessments.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Analyze sales data from new retailers to optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, product development, and supply chain to align retail activities with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in online retail management, including brick-and-mortar retail experience. Background in international Consumer Electronics and/or e-commerce.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in retail channel management and revenue enhancement. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytics skills. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Attributes: Adaptability in a dynamic blockchain industry environment. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Language proficiency in English. Knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, or Turkish would be advantageous.
- A strong interest in crypto and/or technology.
