As the Workplace Attendant at Swyftx, your responsibilities will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the office, such as overseeing food and beverage services and providing support during events. Working as part of the P&C Team, you will play a crucial role as a culture advocate within the office environment and beyond, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all team members.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Providing a welcoming and supportive experience for team members and visitors.
  • Offering daily food, beverage, and professional barista services promptly.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen areas, coffee machines, and a safe environment.
  • Assisting in event coordination, setup, and execution as required.
  • Managing weekly grocery orders and restocking kitchen supplies daily.
  • Monitoring office supplies and promptly reporting issues to the Head of People and Culture.
  • Addressing office and inventory-related queries.
  • Supporting health and safety initiatives, including fire warden and first aid responsibilities.
  • Coordinating internal and external meeting room bookings.
  • Performing additional duties as instructed by Swyftx Leaders.
