Role Overview
In the position of Account Manager at Ubiminds, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer, serving as a trusted strategic partner for the company's key North American clients. Your main responsibilities will revolve around driving sales growth, expanding existing accounts, and fostering valuable partnerships in advisory and consulting engagements. This role involves leading the entire client growth lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities to delivering strategic value through Quarterly Business Reviews and actively shaping partnership strategies. By excelling in this role, you will directly contribute to revenue growth and position Ubiminds as a top provider of Advisory, Consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The core areas of focus for the Account Manager role at Ubiminds include:
- Strategic Account Leadership & Growth: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement account strategies, drive new sales, and expand service offerings while ensuring excellent client retention.
- Client Excellence & Advisory Partnership Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for client engagements, lead Quarterly Business Reviews to drive growth opportunities, and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contract & Partnership Oversight: Manage legal agreements, facilitate contract renewals and expansions, and align new agreements with client needs and strategic objectives.
- General & Cross-Functional Support: Provide personalized support to clients, identify process enhancements, and foster collaboration among internal teams to streamline operations.
Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic individual with:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, strategic sales, or client success in IT staffing, professional services, or consulting, with a focus on advisory and consulting sales.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth, delivering executive-level presentations, and managing contracts effectively.
- Proficiency in managing MSAs, SOWs, and contract lifecycle in a sales context, as well as a strong understanding of advisory/consulting service models.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to engage C-level stakeholders, and analytical aptitude for business development.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience in the Latin America nearshore talent market or similar international talent models, as well as a background in AI, software development, or technology consulting sales. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
