Key Responsibilities:
- Management of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations to maintain accurate financial reporting across various entities.

- Development of best practices for intercompany transactions and financial workflows, promoting process standardization.
- Engagement with finance, tax, and legal departments to optimize intercompany arrangements and ensure compliance.
- Timely and precise handling of intercompany reporting for monthly and annual financial close processes.
- Support external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and accounting standards like UK GAAP and US GAAP.
- Utilize financial systems and tools such as ERP and reconciliation tools for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience; a Qualified Accountant background is a plus.
- Proficiency in intercompany accounting and consolidation principles.
- Prior experience in finance transformation, process automation, or ERP implementation is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
