Accounts Payable Analyst LATAM
Job summary:
Our company is in need of an Accounts Payable Analyst with exceptional attention to detail to join our finance team. The successful candidate will take charge of the accounts payable process for our LATAM entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling invoices, calculating withholding taxes, managing vendor relationships, and providing support to other entities when required.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors and ensure compliance with necessary documentation.
- Monitor the AP email account regularly to receive invoices and address vendor inquiries.
- Accurately input invoices into NetSuite and Onvio for tracking and record-keeping.
- Review outstanding invoice reports to track pending payments and calculate withholding taxes.
- Distribute withholding tax certificates to vendors and process payments through the bank's system.
- Update payment statuses in NetSuite and Onvio and notify vendors via email.
- Prepare monthly reports on withholdings and conduct account reconciliations.
- Chase missing invoices or documentation from vendors and assist with end-of-month closing tasks.
- Assist with other administrative duties and projects related to accounts payable for the rest of the world (ROW).
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
- Possess 2-5 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar.
- Familiarity with accounting software, particularly NetSuite, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of the Google environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and expertise in withholding processes.
- Effective communication skills with vendors and internal teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
