Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and efficient Assistant Facility Manager to oversee the operational activities of two co-working centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment for the members utilizing the co-working spaces.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of two co-working spaces to ensure optimal functionality.
- Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Manage space allocations and ensure facilities are arranged appropriately for events and meetings.
- Assist in financial management and budgeting specifically related to facility operations.
- Address member inquiries promptly and effectively to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
What You Will Need
- A bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facility management or operations, ideally within a co-working or office setting.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and adept at building effective interpersonal relationships.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
