The Role
Localcoin is pioneering the future of digital currency globally through its network of cryptocurrency kiosks in Canada. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and online communications with customers in both English and French. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent customer service and support for Localcoin products.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support following company protocols
- Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Be the primary contact for French-speaking customers
- Address questions about Localcoin products
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
- Assist in onboarding new customers

- Develop and maintain guides and support articles
Qualifications
