The Role
Localcoin is pioneering the future of digital currency globally through its network of cryptocurrency kiosks in Canada. We are committed to delivering top-notch support to our customers and are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a passion for our vision to join us as a Part-time Bilingual Customer Support Representative.
In this role, you will handle inbound calls and online communications with customers in both English and French. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent customer service and support for Localcoin products.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support following company protocols
- Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Be the primary contact for French-speaking customers
- Address questions about Localcoin products
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
- Assist in onboarding new customers
- Drive process improvements for an enhanced customer experience
- Develop and maintain guides and support articles
Qualifications
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service or similar roles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle escalated customer requests
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk is advantageous
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
