The Binance Accelerator Program is a concentrated 3 - 6 month initiative crafted to provide a deep dive into the fast-evolving Web3 landscape. Participants will gain firsthand exposure to the inner workings of Binance, one of the leading blockchain ecosystems globally.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the Binance brand identity. Joining an exceptionally talented team, this role focuses on enhancing the brand's presence through creative ingenuity.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively within the Design team to create artwork and advertising that embodies the Binance identity on a global scale, spanning various products and local markets.
• Maintain brand coherence and consistency across all creative deliverables through close collaboration with internal design teammates.
• Stay ahead of emerging design trends and actively contribute to internal creative dialogues.
• Contribute to ideation of brand-driven campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Possess a degree in Graphic Design or a related field of study.
• Solid understanding of layouts, typography, color, composition, and other essential graphic design principles.
• Exhibit clear communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely while liaising effectively with teams outside the Creative department.
• Must have experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
• Interest in the realm of Binance, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology is desirable.
