Overview of Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program provides a structured short-term initiative for Early Career Talent to gain hands-on experience within the rapidly evolving Web3 domain. Participants will get an inside look at Binance's operations and immerse themselves in the leading blockchain ecosystem worldwide. In addition to on-the-job learning, the program emphasizes networking and skill development to expand professional connections and enhance transferable competencies.

Eligibility

This program is open to current university students and recent graduates.

Role Focus

The position involves establishing the foundations of observability, automation, and AIOps. The emphasis is on delivering tangible results, creating reusable assets, and enhancing products based on support-driven insights.

Learning Objectives

• Utilize logs, metrics, and traces to tackle issues and create a comprehensive dashboard, alerts, and runbook for a service.
• Translate support challenges into product enhancements, focusing on elements like copy, self-service, and workflow.
• Gain a basic understanding of MLOps/AIOps, covering areas such as deployment, rollback, and drift monitoring.
• Develop or enhance an agent skill for automation or support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up dashboards, alerts, and automate repetitive ticket tasks.
• Contribute to root cause analyses, logging user pain points regularly, and suggesting product enhancements.
• Prototype lightweight agents with reusable skills for automation or support tasks.
• Optionally optimize incident management workflows using ITSM tools.

Requirements

Essential

• Background in CS/Data/AI or related fields; proficiency in Linux, scripting (Shell/Python), and basic SQL.
• Strong documentation skills, capable of creating actionable runbooks.
• Demonstrated empathy and product mindset, guiding improvements in user experience based on support data.
• Fundamental understanding of agents and skills.

Desirable

• Familiarity with tools like K8s, CI/CD, and Terraform.
• Experience in MLOps projects.
• Previous involvement in creating simple LLM agents or defining skills (e.g., LangChain, function calling).
• Exposure to TSM tools.
