About the role
We are looking for a dynamic professional to fill the role of a Blockchain Solutions Engineer/Developer Relations Engineer in our innovative blockchain team. As a Blockchain Solutions Engineer, you will act as a vital link between blockchains and the wider developer community. Your main objective will be to nurture strong connections with developers, equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and assistance to excel in the blockchain sphere. Role Responsibilities
- Stay informed about trends in the blockchain industry, new technologies, and market competition to pinpoint opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Engage actively with the developer community to gain valuable insights, pinpoint areas for product enhancement, and address challenges.
- Advocate for developers by proactively addressing their needs and cultivating an encouraging community atmosphere.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to ensure that developer relations initiatives align with business strategies and goals.
- Develop and uphold comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, sample code, and other resources to empower developers.
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to developers, aiding with problem-solving, technical queries, and integration hurdles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Positive outlook with a strong enthusiasm for learning and growing within a Community Management and Engineering team.
- Familiarity with community management platforms like Telegram and Discord.
- Basic comprehension of programming languages and software development tools such as Solidity, TypeScript, Golang, or Rust.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with exposure to software engineering, customer support, or developer relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts clearly and user-friendly.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
