Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships

We are looking for a qualified Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth through the establishment and maintenance of strategic relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. The main focus of this role is to expand our presence within these crucial segments, ensuring sustainable success through partnerships and innovative solutions customized to the needs of high-value customers.
The role involves leading [Company]'s entry into the high-value segments of Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers. Within this dynamic crypto space, you will have the autonomy to build a network that fosters valuable partnerships beneficial to both [Company] and clients.
Responsibilities include developing strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, pinpointing high-potential VIP clients, and tailoring solutions to suit their specific requirements. Every successful deal closed will contribute significantly to reinforcing [Company]'s position in the market.
Creativity is key in this role, whether it involves creating new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to introduce innovative products for partners. Responsibilities:
- Forge new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract new users and increase trades.
- Identify and establish partnerships with Brokers and enhance [Company]'s broker program while nurturing existing relationships.
- Reach out to VIP clients and engage with them effectively.
- Maintain relationships with KOLs and monitor their performance.
- Deliver reliable customer service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, resolving issues promptly and liaising with internal teams for solutions.
- Stay updated on social media trends and developments within the Blockchain influencer community.
- Represent [Company] at conferences, interact with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to promote awareness of products and services.
- Engage in community outreach activities and attend crypto gatherings to expand our institutional presence.
- Research market and competitor trends in the crypto industry.
- Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gather feedback, and propose product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in local markets with established connections or knowledge of influential individuals.
- Strong network of clients within the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain.
- At least 2 years of experience in selling financial products.
- Candidates with additional experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships.
- Proficiency in professional written and oral English, with the ability to deliver presentations effectively. Samples are welcome.
