Business Development Representative (Dubai)

Currently, BitGo is seeking to enhance its team by hiring a Sales Development Representative based in Dubai. This role is ideal for sales professionals with experience in cryptocurrency, financial services, and/or technology sales. As an individual contributor in this position, the primary focus will be on prospecting for new leads and identifying qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential leads using various channels like professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to synchronize initiatives and devise strategies for engaging with prospects, developing target lists, and implementing campaigns.
- Evaluate leads as sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
- Record lead information and interactions in Salesforce while maintaining high CRM standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or business development experience in digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Strong enthusiasm for the digital asset sector and a curiosity for emerging concepts such as protocols, tokens, staking, and NFTs.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new products/technologies in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM Tools such as Salesforce.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, effective communication, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Background working in the Digital Assets/Crypto space.
