Business Development Representative, Singapore

BitGo is seeking to enhance its team by adding a Business Development Representative in Singapore. This position presents an excellent opportunity for sales professionals with experience in cryptocurrency, financial services, and/or technology sales. The role mainly involves spearheading the discovery of new leads and identifying qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Boost engagement with potential leads through various avenues like professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to synchronize efforts and craft target lists, campaigns, and other strategies to engage with prospects.
- Assess leads as sales opportunities and coordinate meetings for the Sales team.
- Document lead information and communications in Salesforce while upholding high CRM standards.
Skills and Experience
- Over 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development within digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
- Passion for the digital asset industry and a keen interest in exploring new concepts like protocols and tokens, staking, and NFTs.
- Proficiency in English and an additional language pertaining to the APAC region is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in a sales-centric position.
- Agility and eagerness to familiarize with new products/technology in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Familiarity with CRM Tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong critical thinking, effective communication, and a sense of ownership.
- Previous exposure to the Digital Assets/Crypto domain.
