The Role
We are in search of a skilled Business Operations Manager or Director, depending on experience level, to spearhead and expand B2B client onboarding, contract listing, and partnership operations for OG Broker. This pivotal position operates at the confluence of commercial, legal, compliance, product, and technology domains, overseeing the seamless transition of institutional clients from signing agreements to successful deployment.
The ideal candidate will lead institutional client onboarding processes, enhance and automate operational workflows, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to B2B clients. Those best suited for this role are adept at resolving complex issues, offering judgment and diplomacy, and implementing tangible process enhancements within a highly regulated sector.

- Responsible for managing end-to-end B2B client onboarding, from initial engagement and contract execution to technical integration, operational preparedness, and final launch.
- Act as the primary operational liaison for institutional clients, including brokers, FCMs, introducing brokers, and other market participants.
- Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing, and related operational procedures with legal, compliance, product, and technology teams to ensure a seamless and scalable client experience.
- Identify bottlenecks in onboarding processes, devise practical solutions, and lead execution from proposal through implementation.
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks, process documentation, SLAs, escalation pathways, and client readiness materials.
- Monitor and report on onboarding pipeline status, client health, operational risks, and key performance indicators to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Represent the company in client-facing conversations, navigate negotiations, address issues, and prioritize discussions with sound judgment and credibility.
- Undertake cross-functional special projects that require collaboration across different functions, translating business goals into clear project plans, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
Preferred Experience
- Possession of a valid NFA Series 3 license required (or ability to obtain one successfully within 90 days of commencing work).
- 5+ years of background in business operations, client onboarding, implementation, or strategic operations, ideally in fintech, regulated financial markets, derivatives, exchanges, or clearing.
- Valuable experience at a leading management consultancy. Appreciation for candidates who can diagnose issues, structure ambiguity, and redesign systems rather than simply execute tasks.
- Exposure to implementation consulting or enterprise client launches, particularly managing complex multi-stakeholder rollouts for institutional clients.
- Essential direct exposure to institutional clients.
- Knowledge of CFTC-regulated entities, such as CME, derivatives exchanges, clearinghouses, FCMs, introducing brokers, swap dealers, or similar regulated market structures, highly regarded.
- Strong familiarity with prediction market contracts, various options, margined derivatives, perpetuals, or similar products in multiple asset classes represents a notable advantage.
- Required fintech experience, ideally within a high-growth or leading fintech organization. Prior involvement in crypto or digital assets is beneficial.

- Proficient in project management, including defining accountability, tracking milestones, identifying risks, escalating blockers, and ensuring follow-through.
- Sound business acumen and the ability to strategically push back while preserving client relationships and safeguarding business interests.
- Experience in agentic workflow management is advantageous, enabling the transition of complex business processes into modular, step-by-step workflows that specialized agents or tools can coordinate, review, and hand off autonomously.

Salary
Annual salary range: $150,000 - $200,000.
