Position Information

The Senior Business Partner aligns People strategies with Ubi's objectives, serving as a strategic consultant for the Delivery Team and Ubiminders assigned to clients. This role acts as a guardian of the employee experience, leading initiatives related to climate, career development, engagement, and well-being, focusing on retaining highly qualified talents.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consulting: Work closely with the Delivery Team and leadership to ensure alignment between business strategy, client needs, and Ubiminders' experience.
  • Climate and Culture: Conduct quick surveys, check-ins, and 1:1 meetings with Ubiminders to interpret satisfaction levels, engagement signals, and climate risks, proposing proactive actions.
  • Career and Development: Facilitate career follow-ups and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), supporting Ubiminders in technical and behavioral development in collaboration with PMs and clients.
  • Strategic Retention: Identify risks of turnover or demotivation (burnout, misalignment, participation in external job processes) and develop rapid and effective action plans with the Delivery Team.
  • Well-being and Engagement: Promote initiatives for belonging and well-being (kits, workshops, events, birthdays, cultural activities), reinforcing Ubi's culture.
  • Change Management: Support Ubiminders during client transitions, project changes, or organizational adjustments to ensure smooth adaptation and minimize disengagement risks.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize climate, turnover, engagement, and performance indicators to generate strategic reports and support decision-making.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all People processes align with internal policies, Ubi's culture, and market best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, preferably in technology companies and agile environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in People Management, Coaching, or Organizational Development is a plus.
  • Languages: Minimum B2 level of English for interactions with North American clients.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Active listening and empathy to build trust with Ubiminders.
  • Strategic vision combined with practical execution capacity.
  • Influence and negotiation with various stakeholders (Ubiminders, PMs, clients, CEO).
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and propose evidence-based solutions.
  • Agility and initiative to suggest quick and decisive actions in risky situations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology companies or fast-growing environments.
  • Certifications or courses in HR Business Partner, Coaching, Conflict Resolution, or People Analytics.
  • International experience or exposure to multicultural environments is a plus.
