Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure effective implementation of plans and accountability for outcomes. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master of Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or as a Finance Business Partner, preferably in reputable Technology, FinTech, or Consumer Product companies.
- Prior experience managing headcount in a large, complex matrix organization is desirable.
- Strong modeling and analytical skills with a notable executive presence.
