Commercial Business Manager
Overview
As the Commercial Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial division to reach the company's sales objectives and revenue targets. Your responsibilities include collaborating with the broader Commercial team to craft strategic sales strategies and ensuring that the sales team is motivated and well-equipped for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage R3 CRM, ensuring the integrity of data quality, overseeing role-based access permissions.
- Conduct regular validation of opportunities with the Sales team to ensure a credible and robust pipeline.
- Review ongoing deal opportunities with the sales teams for accuracy and appropriate articulation of next steps.
- Serve as Bid Manager to oversee RFI and RFP responses, lead internal meetings, track decisions, milestones, and actions.
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to assess KPIs and offer insights into business process performance.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales pipeline and commercial performance to various teams.
- Act as a liaison between departments within the organization to drive success in commercial projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the CRM development team to implement changes, prioritize work, and provide organization-wide training.
- Foster a culture of data-driven insights within the organization by managing R3's sales data model, processes, and workflows with commercial systems.
- Assist in preparing and producing R3's quarterly board pack.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- 5+ years of experience in sales support or data intelligence role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
- Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as sales, product, marketing, and legal.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of DLT/ Blockchain technologies is advantageous.
