About The Role
Immutable is on a rapid growth trajectory and is seeking a Commercial Lead to play a pivotal role as a valuable resource across various commercial facets. The role will tackle critical challenges in Business Development, Customer Growth, Partnerships, and Operations by combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will design and implement strategies to enhance revenue, streamline operations, and foster repeatability while taking full ownership of the outcomes. You'll Be Empowered To:
- Define go-to-market strategies for key segments, outlining customer profiles, value propositions, and strategic sequencing.
- Develop frameworks and scorecards to guide resource allocation and decision-making, adapting them based on real-time data.
- Lead pilot initiatives from inception to realization, establishing measurable impacts and transforming strategies into replicable models.
- Establish an operational cadence among commercial teams through planning, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance accountability and pace.
- Drive the launch of new products by crafting clear messaging, sales materials, and conducting training for commercial teams.
- Analyze outcomes, iterate on strategies, address obstacles, and scale successful practices across teams.
We'd Love You To Bring:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in high-caliber strategy consulting or similar demanding environments, showcasing a track record of resolving complex challenges.
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a preference for tangible outcomes over exhaustive plans.
- Proficiency in commercial aspects such as pipeline management, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, integrating data to drive informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with executives and clients both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrable ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders without direct authority towards a unified objective.
