Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned analyst specializing in Compliance systems and data to enhance our reporting and insights infrastructure for data-driven compliance. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in developing top-tier assets to bolster our Global Compliance Program, ensuring unparalleled performance outcomes. Your responsibilities include safeguarding data integrity, creating program insights and analytics tools, and refining models to equip compliance officers with well-informed decision-making capabilities.
Key Tasks:
- Collaborate with Compliance and Product teams to shape dashboards and reporting designs for AML, Sanctions, and KYC controls.
- Spearhead analytics efforts concerning BSA/AML compliance controls for regulatory evaluations and refining control mechanisms.
- Establish performance metrics for systems and implement a robust Testing and QA process for data accuracy and consistency.
- Construct self-service dashboards, statistical tools, models, and reports for informed decision-making.
- Assist in documenting, maintaining, and fine-tuning AML transaction monitoring rules, sanctions screening systems, risk scoring models, and model validation processes.
- Conduct pre- and post-implementation tests on compliance models working closely with various teams.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical aspects for Compliance programs to meet regulatory scrutiny and external audits.
- Employ continuous improvement methods to enhance automation, optimize processes, and elevate operational efficiency.
- Conduct complex data analyses using advanced statistical techniques to address business challenges and enhance departmental processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise a data and analytics roadmap to facilitate the execution of compliance programs.
Requirements:
- Holds a BS/BA in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Possesses over 7 years of experience in data management and analytics, preferably in banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, or R.
- Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional team leaders to improve compliance systems and processes.
- Extensive experience preparing model documentation to support compliance efforts.
- Demonstrates adaptability to evolving industry trends and quick response to changing demands.
- Familiarity with AML and sanctions software, such as LexisNexis Bridger, and transaction monitoring solutions.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS.
Additional Details:
- This role may offer day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
- Compensation is determined based on various factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs.
- Competitive compensation range: $145,000 - $192,500, with an annual bonus target of 15%.
