Content Operations Specialist

Overview:

Binance, a key player in the global blockchain ecosystem known for its cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the Content Business Unit (Content BU). This position is vital in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations, efficient campaign executions, and process enhancements within various content products and regions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and performance targets within the Content BU.
• Assist in managing campaigns, including Learn & Earn (L&E) initiatives and other content or educational programs by overseeing setup, tracking progress, and reporting.
• Maintain and oversee content and campaign calendars to ensure synchronization among product, marketing, and social media strategies.
• Collaborate with tech, product, and compliance teams to address operational requests like new language integrations, customizations, and legal/data-related updates.
• Manage localization workflows for new content, ensuring smooth transition from request to publication across different languages.
• Keep track of localization processes and access requests for the Content Management System (CMS) to facilitate the inclusion of new languages and provide local team access.
• Address content-related customer service inquiries, specifically those related to courses, learning programs, and site user experience.
• Coordinate social media scheduling and content distribution for the Content BU in partnership with global marketing and regional teams.
• Support data tracking and performance reporting, working closely with analytics teams to draw valuable insights and enhance content strategies.
• Undertake ad-hoc operational tasks to streamline workflows and bolster seamless collaboration across teams.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or product management, preferably in education, technology, or content-related environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing diverse stakeholders and tasks spanning multiple regions.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms, localization processes, and data reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at working in a dynamic international setting.
• Enthusiasm for education, content, and blockchain technology, with experience in the crypto industry considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in English for seamless coordination with international partners; knowledge of additional languages like Mandarin is beneficial.
