Copywriting Planning Specialist

As the Copywriting Planning specialist in the crypto industry, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials and communication channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective copywriting strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement with our crypto products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing products.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute on the product roadmap.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and ensure that they are aligned with the overall product strategy.
3. Product Development:
- Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate customer needs and market requirements into product features and specifications.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of product performance, iterating and optimizing as necessary to drive success.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, gathering feedback and addressing concerns.
5. Product Marketing:
- Partner with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns to drive product adoption and growth.
- Provide input into messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies to effectively promote products in the market.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross- functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
- Solid understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Experience in B2B or B2C software products is preferred, but not required.
