Creative Project Manager
As a valuable member of the Growth Creative Team, you will play a critical role as the Creative Project Manager, leading and coordinating complex projects to successful completion. We are seeking a talented individual who possesses a deep understanding of diverse media forms, including content creation, motion graphics, product design, and key visuals, to drive our team towards higher quality standards in supporting Crypto.com's growth. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating acquisition ads, CRM, and product launch projects. This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire project management process, from ideation to execution, ensuring the timely delivery of exceptional creative assets.
- Develop a creative schedule that aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensures project success.
- Act as the main point of contact for creative requests, initiating asset gathering from creative directors or external agencies.
- Collaborate with user acquisition managers to establish a creative analysis process and maintain adherence to KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, and Data Analytics teams to align projects with strategic goals.
- Create and maintain project timelines, setting clear expectations for all stakeholders.
- Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to enhance team efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between creative teams, internal departments, and external vendors to foster effective communication and understanding.
- Manage resources efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and proper file management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies is essential.
- Ability to oversee and manage creative campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and KPIs. This involves coordinating with creative teams, defining project requirements, setting timelines, and tracking progress.
- Proficiency in utilizing data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns. A strong understanding of key metrics, A/B testing, and adjustments based on data is crucial for achieving KPIs.
- Skill in coordinating and managing creative assets across multiple social channels simultaneously. This includes understanding channel-specific requirements, adapting content for different platforms, and maintaining consistency in messaging and branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse stakeholders, including creative teams, user acquisition managers, data analysts, social media platform representatives, and external agencies.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is advantageous.
- Skill in developing creative strategies that resonate with target audiences on various social media platforms. Understanding user behavior, trends, and platform-specific best practices is crucial for creating impactful campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free, properly formatted, and optimized creative assets for different advertising platforms.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in digital advertising on social media platforms.
- Solid understanding of creative processes and the ability to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.
- Experience in performance advertising.
- Naturally well-organized and able to work efficiently towards deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the fintech, crypto, and NFT space is a definite plus.
